Use of the app

Ratio is a personal wellness tool. You may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not use the app to harass, defame, or harm others.

Score accuracy

Scores are derived from geometric measurements — symmetry, proportions, and structural ratios. They are not medical assessments, clinical diagnoses, or statements about attractiveness or personal worth. Results can vary with lighting, camera angle, and expression.

Subscriptions

Premium features are available via auto-renewing subscriptions managed by the platform store (Apple App Store or Google Play). Billing, cancellation, and refunds are governed by your store account settings. We do not process refunds directly.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via your device's account settings.

Intellectual property

All app content, code, and design are the property of Ratio. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the app without written permission.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, accuracy of scores, or fitness for any particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ratio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer is located, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Changes

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes your agreement to the revised terms.
